The rapid growth of cryptocurrency and digital asset trading has transformed the financial services industry by providing individuals with alternative investment opportunities through digital platforms. In India, cryptocurrency trading platforms such as WazirX and CoinSwitch have attracted users by offering facilities for buying, selling, holding, and managing crypto assets. The present study, titled “A Comparative Study on WazirX and CoinSwitch Crypto Wallets,” aims to examine and compare the features, usability, security mechanisms, transaction processes, and customer satisfaction associated with these two cryptocurrency platforms. The study focuses on understanding consumer preferences, ease of access, transparency of transaction charges, availability of cryptocurrencies, security perceptions, and the overall trading experience. A quantitative research approach may be adopted using primary data collected through a structured questionnaire from cryptocurrency users, supported by secondary data from company websites, reports, and relevant research publications. The collected data can be analyzed using percentage analysis, comparative tables, and other appropriate statistical techniques to identify similarities and differences between the platforms. The study also considers the importance of regulatory awareness, transaction transparency, risk perception, and customer support in influencing users' platform preferences. Since cryptocurrency trading involves market volatility and potential financial losses, security and risk awareness are important dimensions of the comparison. The findings are expected to provide insights into consumer behavior and the factors influencing the selection of cryptocurrency trading platforms in India. The study may also help users make informed platform choices and assist service providers in improving usability, transparency, security practices, and customer experience.
